1 General Terms

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between the 12bajeevip platform and its users. By browsing the website, opening an account, placing bets, or using our services in any other way, you agree to fully accept and abide by these Terms.

2 Account Registration

To participate on 12bajeevip, each user must open a valid personal account. All information provided at the time of registration must be accurate, complete and up to date.

2.1 One Account Policy

Each individual may operate only one account. Opening multiple accounts by the same person is strictly prohibited. If this rule is violated, all associated accounts may be cancelled and any remaining balance may be forfeited.

2.2 Registration Eligibility

• The applicant must be at least 21 years of age.
• A valid government-issued photo ID (NID or passport) is required.
• An active Bangladeshi mobile number is required.
• Registration from countries where online betting is prohibited is not permitted.

2.3 Accuracy of Information

Accounts may not be registered using false or misleading information. If information provided is found to be inconsistent during verification, 12bajeevip reserves the right to suspend or cancel the account.

3 Age Verification

12bajeevip is firmly opposed to gambling by minors. The platform is operated exclusively for users aged 21 and above.

12bajeevip may request a government-issued ID for age verification at the time of account registration and at any appropriate point thereafter. Deposits, withdrawals or betting may be temporarily suspended until verification is complete.

4 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account login details (username and password) completely confidential. Do not share this information with any third party.

4.1 Unauthorised Use

If you notice any unauthorised access or suspicious activity on your account, notify the 12bajeevip support team immediately. The account holder is responsible for all activity carried out on the account prior to reporting.

4.2 Password Policy

• Use a strong password — at least 8 characters, with mixed case and special characters.
• It is recommended that you change your password regularly.
• It is best not to use the same password on other websites.
• Avoid logging in on public or shared devices.

4.3 Account Transfer

Transferring, selling or handing over any account to another person is completely prohibited. If such a transaction is discovered, the accounts involved will be cancelled.

5 Financial Transactions

12bajeevip provides fast and secure financial transactions through Bangladesh's most popular mobile banking and banking channels.

5.1 Deposit Rules

• Minimum deposit: ৳100 for each method.
• Accepted methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer.
• Deposited funds must be sent only from a payment channel registered in the account holder's name.
• Deposits made through third parties are not accepted and such deposits will be returned.

5.2 Withdrawal Rules

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳1,000.
• Typical processing time: within 1 hour.
• Withdrawals can only be made using the same method used for the deposit.
• Withdrawal requests will not be processed if account verification is not complete.
• Additional verification may be required for unusual or suspicious transactions.

5.3 Currency and Conversion

All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT). Applicable exchange rates will apply for transactions in foreign currencies.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

Bonuses and promotional offers available on 12bajeevip are subject to specific conditions. If these conditions are not met, the bonus and any associated winnings may be forfeited.

6.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 150% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,500 bonus (total ৳2,500); depositing ৳22,000 earns a ৳15,000 bonus (total ৳37,000).

6.2 Wagering Requirements

A 20x wagering requirement applies to the welcome bonus. This means you must wager 20 times the bonus amount before becoming eligible to withdraw. Different contribution rates may apply for specific games when meeting the wagering requirement.

6.3 General Rules for Bonus Use

• Each bonus offer has a specific time limit — expired bonuses cannot be used.
• Using multiple bonuses at the same time may not be possible unless explicitly permitted in the offer's terms.
• Account verification must be complete in order to use bonuses.
• If evidence of bonus abuse or manipulation is found, the account will be suspended.
• 12bajeevip reserves the right to change or cancel bonus offers at any time.

7 Betting Rules

All bets placed on 12bajeevip are governed by these general betting rules and the specific rules of each game or event.

7.1 Bet Acceptance

A bet will only be considered valid when the system has fully processed it and issued a confirmation number. Incomplete bets due to disconnection or any technical error will be considered void.

7.2 Minimum and Maximum Bets

Separate minimum and maximum bet limits are set for each game and market, which are displayed on the game or event page. Bets outside the stated limits will not be accepted.

7.3 Erroneous Odds

If clearly incorrect odds are displayed due to a system error, human error or any other reason, 12bajeevip reserves the right to cancel or adjust bets placed at those odds.

7.4 Event Cancellation

If a sporting event is cancelled or postponed, bets will be handled in accordance with the prevailing rules. Typically, the stakes of bets on cancelled events are returned.

8 Prohibited Activities

To maintain the integrity and security of the 12bajeevip platform, the following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Any attempt to cheat, manipulate or gain an unfair advantage.
• Using multiple accounts or identities to exploit the bonus system.
• Using automated bots, scripts or any other automation software.
• Attempting to hack or reverse engineer the platform's software.
• Money laundering or using illegally obtained funds.
• Fraudulent behaviour towards or harassment of other users.
• Sending any form of commercial advertising or spam through the platform.
• Attempting to obtain or use another person's account details.

If any of the above activities are proven, 12bajeevip reserves the right to immediately cancel the account, forfeit the balance and take legal action if necessary.

9 Responsible Gaming

12bajeevip believes that entertainment should be enjoyable and controlled. We encourage our users to play responsibly.

9.1 Setting Limits

Users can set their own deposit limits, betting limits and session time limits. Once these limits are in effect, they can only be changed after a specified waiting period.
